We are inviting applications for the role of AM, Analytics & Insights Medical Devices
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing monthly quarterly orders and co-ordinate with order operations, manufacturing, materials and logistics team on fulfilment gaps and recommendations
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities will include operations management, leadership support, project management, delivery, process excellence, client interaction, requirement gathering, lead generation etc. for commercial analytics & research projects for medical devices client
Act as the subject matter expertise for medical devices segment and contribute ideas to enhance existing business and participate in solution building exercises for medical device client group
Should be able to manage and execute strategic market analysis projects for Med Dev. & Life Sciences products within the functions of Marketing, Sales & Services
Should be able to manage the end-to-end project thread which includes planning, scoping, design, process rationalization, cost control, capacity planning, performance measurement and quality
Should work closely with the business leadership and connect with different operations teams of various accounts within the organization to pursue activities related to proposals, costing, and resourcing.
Must have experience with aggregating, visualizing and analyzing product, services and customer data from the enterprise and external sources and be able to drive insights
Ability to perform primary and secondary research (Market intelligence) exercises and lead such projects for medical devices clientele.
Should be able to respond to RFIs & RFPs received from customers. Ability to create a proposal structure, gathering inputs and information from various team members. Design & include customized solutions for different customer groups
Should be managing a team of analysts with different levels of experience & expertise. Take care of career paths, goal management, appraisals, trainings, recruitment etc.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Vast experience in Healthcare Market Research & Analytics, esp. Medical Devices
Must have working knowledge on a range of topics that are important and specific to the medical devices sector. Deep knowledge in areas of technologies, value chain, customers, competition, marketing activities, regulations, clinical trials etc.
Should be able to lead conversations with healthcare industry participants, customers, manufacturers, physicians & patients of different regions
Should be flexible to work in any shift timing between 11-22hrs IST
Should be able to work independently & manage teams
