Job Description

Job Profile :
Co-ordination with terminal for timely berthing & quick turnaround of vessels.
Maintaining close communication with Overseas Trade Management, Central Planners & responsible for reporting to them with high accuracy.
Import/Export Documentation at Port. CBF, Monitoring Allocation and SOC Loading. Damage & Claim Matters. Local CFS & ICD Matters.
Nominating connecting vessels for T/P Cntrs. Booking slots with feeder Operators, Inter-terminal Shifting.
Inventory control of containers, Management Reports & MIS of all activities in view to pass vendor bills.
Arranging advance payments to Port Authorities and Customs. Raising disputes against unjustified invoices of vendors.
