Job profile :
1.Developing safety work culture by enhancing safety awareness work and developing safety champions at plant level, monitoring & measuring of safety norms and standards.
2.Monitoring, Investigation reporting of accidents.
3.Ensuring accidents investigation and corrective action are in place to avoid reputation such incidents in future.
4.Formation and updating of safety committee at each plant ensuring standard guideline related safety.
5.Implementation and compliance to requirement of certification of EMS, ISO 45001:2018 - Occupational heath and safety.
6.Comply all requirements of different audits related to Environmental occupational Health & safety (IATF, EOHS, Internal Audit and Customer audits) and responsible for closer of the NCs or observations related Plant Safety of such Audits within given timeline and approval of respective authority.
7.Responsible for identification of Employee Safety related Training needs as per training manual and corporate guidelines .
8.Compliance of legal provision related to health, safety and working condition under Factory Act, EOHS , Hazardous waste management and Solid waste management & Handling , Fire Prevention laws , legal bodies - MPCB , MIDC , DISH & other applicable laws under EHS
