Job Description

Position Requirements
To be successful in the Senior Associate TA position, an individual must possess and be committed to develop, maintain, and demonstrate the following:
Competencies
Work experience in talent acquisition roles
Familiarity with social media, candidate database, and professional network
Experience with full cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent English language skills both written and oral
Education and experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with HR concentration
Minimum 3+ years of Recruitment experience
General understanding of BC employment standards and legislation (preferred)
Experience in education industry would be an asset
Proficiency with Human Resource Information System (Cezanne or any cloud-based HRIS)
