Vision Plus Job Role: Full-Time Experience: 6-8 years Location: Bangalore JD: trong knowledge of IBM mainframes with COBOL, JCL, VSAM. ISION PLUS Product with CMS, LTS, TRAMS, HCS module knowledge is mandatory. nderstanding of Vision Plus interfaces, inter-dependencies of sub-systems and important controlling parameters. roubleshooting capabilities for the issues to identify the root cause. trong analytical and communication skills. nowledge of ITIL processes. hould have worked in production support projects. lexible to work in different shifts and time zone including weekend ood understanding of credit card business processes. ood understanding of core Account Receivable system processing, IBM Mainframe tools, MQs, SBA (Online services). Responsibilities: roduction support batch monitoring. ritical file delivery, online system availability. ncident management, problem management, change management ritical issue bridge call handling, repetitive incident reduction, all SLA monitoring and adherence.
