We are currently seeking a Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
Key Attributes:
Analytical capabilities to understand issues and analyze logically
Willingness to go the extra mile to understand tasks and undertake the required learning through peers and online sources.
Eager to learn automation using Linux shell scripts/Procedures/Python etc.
Maintaining/creating documents, standards, and share and learn with the team.
Technologies:
Experience in MicroStrategy Upgrades: Intelligence Server, Web Servers on Windows/Linux Platforms.
Experience in Security aspects like ACL, Security Roles, Security Filters
Understanding of connectivity to various data sources like Teradata, Oracle, MS SQL Server, Cloudera, etc.
Understanding of diagnostics and logs analysis to find the root cause of issues
Enterprise Manager and System Manager knowledge
Able to work with release management of changes as part of the path to production.
Operating Systems: Well-versed with Linux and Windows.
Understanding any programming language, to build automation preferred is Linux shell script/python.
Basic knowledge of MicroStrategy development and various type of objects/tools used
Preferred:
Experience in working with the MicroStrategy support team for resolving tool issues.
Experience in any other BI Tool or ETL tool like Tableau, Datastage, etc.
Open to learning other tools and technologies under Business Intelligence and Data warehousing platform administration area.
