Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager- Service Now
Responsibilities
Designed and built architecture to support high available and high-performance custom solutions on ServiceNow platform
Designed integration solutions with On-prem and AWS cloud services
Designed the CI/CD pipeline and worked on implementing the same
Designed the authentication solution using Okta for ServiceNow APIs
Need to have good knowledge of various ServiceNow tables and extend them to implement the custom workflows/solutions
Need to guide and handhold the developers in implementing the proposed custom workflow and task management solutions
Excellent analytical capabilities
Should be able to clearly articulate the ideas/design and manage the stakeholders
Good SQL and RDBMS skills
Qualification we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent subject
Overall relevant years of experience in architecting Task management, workflow, and notification solution for building custom applications on ServiceNow platform.
Experience in designing the workflow and task management solutions

Preferred qualifications
Excellent communication skills
