Job Description
- Leads equipment design activities for concept, detail design and commissioning phases of projects with primary focus on hydrogen subsystems.
- Develops specifications for equipment, including compressors, blowers, pressurized vessels and bulk gas storage for hydrogen.
- Manages technical discussions with equipment suppliers Trains and mentors less-experienced engineers.
- Utilizes Heat and Material Balances (H&MBs) using process simulation software tools.
- Creates and/or updates Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
- Supports development of control philosophy documents for fuel cell and electrolysis systems.
- Specifies and selects process instrumentation, including valves and transmitters/sensors.
- Ensures that systems are developed in accordance with best safety practices.
- This includes participating in, and in some instances facilitating, Hazard and Operability Analysis (HAZOP) reviews.
- Supports system fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning activities for both in-house and fielded systems.
- Prepares presentations and reports to communicate designs to key internal stakeholders.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Domestic and occasional International travel required: up to 10% Experience with hydrogen production projects.
- Experience in electrolysis and liquefaction technologies is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve problems and to prioritize critical path tasks.
- Track record of successfully working with third parties to accomplish project goals.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills and high level of attention to detail with the ability to present to a wide range of audiences, including contractors, operations personnel, and corporate leaders.
NOTE:-
- Candidate must be ready to relocate in Vadodara
- He has to manage accommodation by own.
- Ready to travel all over Gujarat, India and out of country as per requirement.
