We are Hiring for Tech Lead - Python/Java

 Role responsibilities :- Enable company to achieve its mission & vision by leveraging technology. Mission: Improve quality of life and increase chances of cancer cure Vision: Saving lives of cancer patients- Develop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with business goals.- Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage.- Build and groom the technology team to meet our rapid development plans.- Spearhead all technical design, development, deployment, support and maintenance functions.- Ensure world-class user experience for ease and stickiness and maintain privacy of sensitive information.- Guide all departments (sales, marketing, customer support) to use technology effectively.- Contributing to recruitment activities.- Recommending technological developments and improvements inefficiency.Tech stack : Python, Java, PHP, MySQL, AWS. Willing to implement other technology stacks as required and suggested on use-case basis.Tech team : 4 people currently. Looking to hire more once tech lead joins and handpicks her his team.Overall team : 30-member team (and growing). Founders are alums from IIM Calcutta, ex-caregiver (Dimple) and ex-banker Private Equity (Kishan).Required Candidate Profile :- Experience of 5 to 8 years.- Visionary, ambitious, innovative and solution-driven.- Hands-on experience in both architecting and developing B2C solutions, along with team management.- Ability to conduct technological analyses and research.- Excellent communication skills, leadership and organizational abilities.You will get :- To build and groom your team.- To develop technology stack of an ambitious and fast-growing healthcare start-up.- To make a difference in the lives of millions of cancer patients globally
