Job Description

Position: - BDM - (Team Handling Profile)

Fixed Salary: - Rs 2.75 – Rs 3.50 LPA + Huge Monthly Incentives

Other Benefits: - Cashless Medical Facility (Employee + Spouse + 2 Kids)

Payroll: - Direct Company Payroll

Job Profile: -

1) The key responsibility is to build a high performing distribution network of financial consultants and enable them to sell life insurance policies.

2) Post joining, you will undergo an intensive training program focused upon Insurance industry, products, sales processes and agency channel management.

3) After the successful completion of training you will be required to meet your sales target by recruiting, managing and driving a team of financial consultants.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

1) Minimum Graduate in any stream is mandatory.

2) Minimum 2 years of sales experience in any industry.

3) Sales, Marketing, Telecom, Banking, FMCG, NGO, Automobile, MR, Trainer, Counselling, Engineering, Event Management, Advertising, Real Estate etc. experience preferred.

4) Must be living in the same city of the job location for minimum 2 years.

5) Candidates who want to work in team handling profile are most welcome.

6) Age: Min - 24 Yrs, Max - 38 Yrs
