Job Description:
- Sources candidates through cost effective multiple channels such as the internet referrals, networking, and industry mapping etc.
- Provides applicants with information regarding the client.
- Takes HR interviews to evaluate candidate's job experience, education, skills, knowledge and abilities, refers to most qualified candidates.
- Client coordination.
Requirement:
- Strong aptitude for recruitment; experience in candidate sourcing, recruiting and selection.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Mandatory:
Good IT recruitment experience.
