The Opportunity Creative Cloud team is looking for a hands-on Product Manager to help increase Growth & Engagement of a new, high priority cloud-based application aimed at bringing creativity to all. The qualified candidate needs to have a strong technical experience in building cloud solutions, in addition to strong analytical and product management skills that will help develop strategies for ongoing business and product direction. Prior experience in Growth & Engagement practise for web and mobile applications is essential. As the Growth Product Manager, you'll join the team responsible for the strategic vision, and execution of the roadmap for increasing growth and improving engagement metrics. You'll work closely with our design, engineering, marketing & data science teams. You will build impactful business cases factoring in cost and organizational priorities, and will partner with engineering teams on the best implementation method and schedule. You will present and influence decision making across multi-functional partner groups and will be essential to promoting a product management approach to ship right solutions in time to meet the ever growing customer needs. Making thoughtful trade-offs to balance quality, value, and schedule are foundational to the success of this role. What you'll do
Build the needed infrastructure and continuously innovate on ways to reach new and returning users through a variety of communication channels
Build the system to run a large number of concurrent experiments to optimize how we engage our users
Partner with product teams throughout the organization to leverage and influence existing internal growth and engagement technologies
Conduct competitive analysis to understand industry trends for how to engage and convert users
Work closely with product, marketing & data science to identify the right features essential for growth and engagement
Measure and assess the impact of experiments, their business impact and share them with executive leadership
What you need to succeed
Total 6+ years and minimum 2-3 years as a Product Manager with an MBA or equivalent experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
Experience managing Growth of a web application
Cloud-first mindset, deep passion for technology, and experience in working with SaaS technologies and architecture
Understanding the importance of running lots of experiments and learning from them to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
Dealing with lots of data, working with data science team and validating hypotheses, sharing out learnings
Ability to work and communicate effectively in a cross-functional, cross-geo environment with engineering, design, and marketing teams
Curiosity, strong analytical thinking and ability to make decisions based on both quantitative data and qualitative insights
Exceptional communication skills, including presentation, formal writing, verbal, and email
Ability to operate at a strategic level as well as ability to drill down to the details
Able and willing to work in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment, and to prioritize in ambiguous situations
