Job Description
The Sr. Survey programmer Programmer's primary role is to program clients- questionnaires, focus on the client requirements for survey design, interpret project needs and requirements, develop and debug web-based survey programs, and perform maintenance as needed throughout the lifecycle of the project. The Focus is on medium to complex projects, more advanced projects may be undertaken as the skill set allows.BROAD RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team Leader:
Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Organizational and time-management skills
Decision-making skills
Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus
Technical
2+ years of NEBU/Decipher programming and overall of minimum 3+ years of experience required
Strong organizational and communication skills are required for client services
Knowledge of Python, HTML, Javascript, Jquery
Experience with SPSS, Sawtooth or other online programming software is a plus.
Must have the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects for on time delivery
Committed to extended work hours when necessary to reach goals
