We are currently seeking a Business Consultant - Testing to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

1. Take a participatory role in project ceremonies e.g. Sprint Planning, daily stand-ups, demo'setc.
2. Responsible for preparing test plans and test scripts for new development projects or change requests.
3. Testing of multiple websites, back office finance systems, developing, maintaining and executing regression testing.
4. Testing Functional /Web Service API's using tools such as Cucumber BDD, Selenium, and SOAP UI etc.
5. The ability to be agile and enthusiastic to passionately learn and work in a bold time sensitive environment.
6. Work with technical project managers on feature and risk planning, escalating delays in timely manner.
7. Creation and maintenance of test data, management of test logs and test transactions.
8. Test automation and defect management.
9. Performance testing of applications.

Competencies

1. 4-15 years experience in developing test automation framework.
2. Experience in writing, executing and monitoring automated test suites using a variety of technologies including, Cucumber, BDD, Selenium, Soap/Rest API, Rest Assured etc.
3. Hands-on experience designing and creating effective and maintainable automation framework.
4. Experience of working on functional and non-functional automation framework.
5. Experience in continuous integration implementation for test automation using Jenkins, Git, Groovy and Maven.
6. Strong Experience in programming languages like (core Java, Java 8 .net).
7. Exposure to working with databases (PL/SQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
8. Strong understanding of Agile Development Life Cycle.
9. Strong oral and written communication skills.
10. Be self-driven to accomplish the job, able to organise own workload.
