At Adobe, we are looking for an energetic product leader to head our which has been serving the photo and video hobbyist customers over a decade. The of products let hobbyist turn their photo/video memories into beautiful creations with its unique interface which is easy to get started with its special magic but also offer ample headroom for hobbyist to make that unique creation! This entire line is run from India campus with marketing team in US. This leadership role is primary based out of our Noida campus where majority of Elements team is located.
What you;ll Do
-Head the Element's line
-Lead cross functional team of engineering, product management, designers, and marketers
-Own and grow revenue
What you;ll need to succeed
-Bachelor/Master;s degree in engineering, business, or design
-15+ years of experience preferably in software industry; at least 5+ years in senior leadership role
-Although not a must but experience as a GM role of running a business for entire product line will help
-Experience in entrepreneurship is highly desirable
-Demonstrated ability to create and champion vision, influence global stakeholders in matrix organization, persistence to challenge norms even when faced with constraints, inspiring the team to deliver the vision
-Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills, including executive communications
-Ability to lead in an environment of uncertainty, ambiguity, and complexity with diverse point of views
-A proactive self-starter, positive can-do approach, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking
-Experience in delivering a software product in agile with design led thinking way is highly desirable
-Exposure to photo and video workflows especially in consumer/hobbyist space is a plus
