Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, your team should be genuinely excited to help customers such as answering customers phone calls, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

Your team will manage incoming phone calls and Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Give customers information about products and services and Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
