Position - Business Development Manager
Location Gurgaon
Experience - 2 to 10 Years
Responsibilities:-
B2B Sales
New Business generation in Staffing Services (Permanent and Contract)
Generating leads through job portals and professional networking sites like
Linkedin Visiting the websites of the companies and gathering data/ details
Finding the right person to get in touch with for empanelment.
Connecting with them through Linkedin, the board number and other means
Pitching company's services to them, sharing the company profile and Terms and Conditions with them
Following up on the same
Contracts signing-up
Understanding the Job Description, taking company's details and write up to be shared with the candidates
Make sure the client receives the quality profiles on turnaround time
Assigning a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) to the client and following up for quality delivering
Being in touch with the client to ensure that the client is satisfied with the quality of profiles and the work being done
Maintaining the existing clients
