Job Description

To build and sustain strong brand relationship with important clients in the Alcho-bev industry
Understands the language of premium & luxury brands & is able to present portfolio to trade accordingly
Increase availability & listing of brands as per Classification of Outlets.
Ensure the team visits outlet as per the MJP and achieves a minimum of 75% coverage
Ensure team submits MJP before the beginning of every month
Submit trade scheme requisition by 15th of every month
Ensure the team collects signed trade scheme vouchers from the outlet and submits within 1 month of scheme settlement date
SBP payment provision information to be sent to the brand teams before 25th of every month
Ensure that the team collects debit notes from the outlets within 5 days of conclusion of event or promotion
Submit invoices on time and ensure payments to the customers
Ensure that the team updates the CRM app on a daily basis
Planning Primary and Secondary Sales Month wise & Quarter wise.
Assigning secondary sales target for the Team and reviewing the performance on weekly basis and setting up parameters for improvement.
Supervise daily secondary sales and ensure achievement of all productivity and sales target and recommend solutions to enhance sales.
Develop strategies to achieve personal sales targets and motivate Team to optimize sales performance.
Assist the team to successfully achieve their monthly and Quarterly targets.
Plan training activities on sales and marketing, product knowledge on quarterly basis as per company standards.
Closely monitor KSBCL depot stock position and give transfer as needed.
Maintain good relationships with high-end customers for increasing sales on premium brands
Manage all communication with outlets to maintain long term relationship through various modes such as email, SMS, Calls.
Analyze and ensure effective implementation of all brand guidelines laid by Brand team, regarding promotion, merchandising, etc.
To guide and to monitor activities of Trade Marketing Team, with their daily activity reports and implementation of promotion plan as per brand Team.
Assist Team in HR activities as needed with strict adherence to the HR personnel policies
Maintain and create a positive and energetic work environment.
Active communication with the Sales Head and also with Heads of Other Dept.
Updates on competition activities with proper documentation and details.
Plan and execute detailed event calendar for relevant accounts across Karnataka to build, enhance sales and visibility for brands while keeping the overall account-wise cost per case in control
Sales Review on a weekly basis with the team.
Regular market visit with team and individually.
