Job Description
Digital Marketing Manager (Online Sales & Marketing Manager) : Gurgaon
Graduate or PG with minimum 5 years relevant experience in Internet marketing preferably in E-Commerce industry.
Would be responsible for :
- Developing Digital, Internet and Online marketing strategies and executing the same on E-commerce industry, Social Media platform;
- Strategic planning, development and management of affiliate, SEM, SEO, PPC, email marketing campaigns.
- Social Media Management, Co-ordination with content team for content development.
- Responsible for Ecommerce sales & strategies.
- Creation of specifications for designing and development team Digital Marketing Team.
- Tracking and monitoring of key internet marketing metrics i.e., open rates, click through percent, conversion rate, CPM, CPA, CPC .
- Generating dashboards & reports for traffic analysis, content, sources of visits, visitor demographics, PPC campaigns, goals and website performance over the globe & scenario analysis using Google Analytics.
- Sales Enablement: Generate/Manage Leads through owned, paid and earned digital media.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative grow the strategies Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Traffic growth strategies, including SEO, affiliate linking campaigns, content distribution, email marketing and trackbacks.
- Promotional and editorial strategies to improve customer engagement across all channels.
Ensure that strategies relating to online, internet and digital marketing is implemented in real senses / spirits and in the right direction.
