Job Description
BA, Content Writers
- To go through hundreds of documents (on various domainsfunctions listed below) and create introduction summary of 50-80 words. The summary will include high level snippets of what each document contains. Create tags and segregate these under different heads.
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers
- Responsible to demonstrate capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
- Responsible to showcase strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger collaborative environment
- Candidate should be comfortable with 24*7 shift timings
- Any graduate degree or equivalent with a good academic record
- Content writing experience. Excellent in content writing, comprehension and English language skills. Summarize information into crisp newsletters/articles
- Write clear, concise, and grammatically correct content
- Comprehend complex content and present it in a clear manner, easy for the end used to comprehend
- Experience with rapid authoring tools like Captivate and Storyline
- Communicate effectively in oral and written form with internal and client teams
- Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
- Problem solving skills with customer centric approach Demonstrated proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
- Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift)
- Strong attention to detail.
