- To identify and analyze the potential of the assigned territory.
- To achieve budged sales in the assigned territory.
- To ensure product placement, in all the retail, modern trade, general trade outlets in the assigned territory.
- To ensure the product is merchandised properly in all the outlets.
- Exploring new markets and to expand the distributor infrastructure and appoint new partners in untapped markets.
- To achieve primary and secondary targets through distributors in his assigned territory.
- To ensure the company owned freezers are having exclusive Suguna products.
- Regular in house sales promotion activities like wet sampling, displays and QPS to be implemented on regular basis to ensure the growth of all slow moving and fast moving products.
- Exploring new markets and ensure the distribution network is strengthened through appointment of distribution in unrepresented areas.
- To monitor outlet wise sales of the assigned territory and to take corrective steps to arrest any fall in sales.
- Responsible for collection as per the credit policy framed by the company.
- Monitoring of Promoters and Merchandisers
- To report to the reporting manager on daily, weekly basis through telephonic and email reporting
