Job Description
*Requirement Snapshot
Key Responsibilities: Responsible for Global reporting collaborating with regional owners creating WF s.
To develops scorecards giving insightful analysis covering regions altogether.
To tackle huge level of unstructured & noisy data coming from various sources making it standard and useful for business.
To create further dashboarding using Power BI using advance functionality of the tool.
Work with technical/business teams to identify and document requirements for developments.
Provide maintenance and operational support as and when required
Build relationship with all stakeholders
Ensure timely resolution of customer / escalated issues along with root cause analysis to avoid reoccurrence
Share best practices with customer and identify areas of improvement within processes
Independently work on assignments with minimal supervision and guidance
Experience & Skills required: Experience in reporting tool Power BI.
Tableau knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory.
Hands-on in DAX query in Power BI.
Knowledge of python is a plus.
Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps would be an additional advantage.
Passport required and travel readiness is mandatory
Ability to influence multiple internal stakeholders and build client partnerships
Ability to work in an ambiguous environment
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
Resource needs to be energetic, confident, assertive & strong in communication
Qualification : B.Com or MBA or equivalent
Prior O2C (esp. billing) and workflow development experience preferred
