Job Description
- Developing detailed designs.
- Doing feasibility assessments and site inspections.
- Preparing and implementing project plans.
- Researching and providing estimates for projects.
- Confidently liaising with clients and other professional subcontractors.
- Project management duties (e.g. managing budgets, resources, and deadlines; acquiring and compiling quotes, etc.).
- Responsible for all the building works for all the parts of the structures like shuttering, steel, masonry and plastering works.
- Preparation of various report like daily, weekly and monthly progress reports, man power deployment reports etc.
- Checking, testing and approval of contractors supplied material in connection with the respective BOQ items and respective technical specifications.
- Taking Responsible of civil work such as Layout, RCC Work, concreting, masonry, plastering, flooring, faade framing ,ACP and AHPL Sheet installation and all such related finishing activities.
- Execution of Foundation raft footing, combined footing, plinth beam, columns, slab, including shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and brick wall, plaster, tiles etc. finishing items.
- Checking the Quality of concrete strengths regarding the grade.
- Planning and Execution of works as per design & drawing.
