Inviting applications for the role of LeadConsultant, SAP BW ABAPIn this role, we are looking for business warehouse/ data warehouse expert preferably with prior experience in ABAP, SQL and should have led a consulting engagement, handled pre-sales and solutioning activities. Leading a team of 10+ people is an added advantage. In this role, you will be expected to work on strict deadlines, in a high-pressure business environment while being a standout colleague. Prior working experience in SAP Business Warehouse modeling with complex data models with native SAP ECC ABAP development and may include SAP Data Services tool.Deep understanding of HANA architecture and SAP BI/BW is required.Responsibilities- Hands-on experience on BW centric ABAP like writing ABAP code in transformation, Data-source Enhancements, generic data-source creation based on Function module extractors, Routines, and BEx exits (CMOD)
- Must have deep experience working in the reporting area. SAP analytics cloud will be a special advantage.
- Experience of SAP HANA native applications: Knowledge of handling with HANA Information Views (Attribute, Analytical & Calculated Views).
- Proficient in Business Warehouse on HANA modelling components such as Composite providers, ADSO and Virtual Info-providers.
- Responsible for implementing a unified data integration strategy that will streamline and modernize the acquisition, processing, storage, and analysis of data across different internal and external systems`.
- Work self-directed and independently; may act as a subject matter expert to mentor juniors
- Ensure client happiness and successful external & internal audits
- Contribute to pre-sales, lead the effort with RFI and RFP proposal.
Minimum qualifications
- B Tech / BE or relevant from reputed universities
- Postgraduate (Engineers preferred)
- Experience with SQL and Smart Data Access and Smart data Integration will be preferred.
- Experience in Process chain development, monitoring, troubleshooting, data validation and reconciliation.
- Exposure to Cloud tools/integration will be an added advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to handle team and client discussions
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter, high energy, works independently and ability to multi-task
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS PowerPoint, Visio and MS Project.
