The .Net Team Leader must have extensive knowledge on various programming languages to achieve high performance level on web applications. Skilled in ASP.NET/VB.NET, SQL Server technologies with a strong background in building scalable predictable, high quality and high-performance web applications on the Microsoft technology stack.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in web application development with Microsoft .NET technologies including, ASP.NET, VB.NET.
- Experience in client-side development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment.
- Project Management skills.
- Some experience with front end UI design preferred.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in SQL Server, Stored procedures.
- Ability to communicate clearly with business users and project managers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Enhance existing applications and software products.
- Develop new functionality on existing applications.
- Lead and mentor developers through training and sharing of knowledge.
- Write and maintain documentation for new and existing features.
Required Team Leader and Software developer in ASP.net, C#, Vb.net, SQL Server, Java Script, Bootstrap, Ajax, Web API etc.
Responsibilities and Duties
Develop and implement new software programs.
Maintain and improve the performance of existing software.
Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues.
Design and update software database.
Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization.
Recommend improvements to existing software programs as necessaryKey Skills
Asp.Net with C#, VB.Net, SQL Server, Java Script, HTML, Web API.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science required
3+ years experience in web and software development
Demonstrated knowledge of web technologies, such as HTML, CSS and Java script
Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively
Demonstrated understanding of projects from the perspective of both client and business
