Position summary
The solution analyst will be motivated to understand the business needs and collaborating with other technology stakeholders to deliver high impact business solutions. The responsibilities will include explore and implement new solutions in market that can be beneficial for business. The candidate is expected to provide functional assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities
Essential job functions
Capture business requirements and provide effective business solutions by analysing the problem, visualizing and implementing the solution.
Plan and execute initiatives.
Engage in solution discussions
Understand customer challenges into requirements followed by providing/implementing solutions.
Propose and evaluate solutions approaches
Solution implementation and conduct periodic implementation reviews
Support business process changes
Understand organizations roadmaps for business growth and help execute the plans
Test all solution aspects including, but not limited to acceptance, security, performance, integration
Manage and maintain current business solutions and initiate enhancements and performance tuning
Work closely with business analyst for helping to implement solutions.
Should be aware of the full system development lifecycle and should have analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills leveraging logic and creativity.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to identify patterns an generate ideas.
Diagnose end user s problems with the ability to prescribe the right solution and then determine the right combination of methods using the skills mentioned above to deliver the right features
Innovate through any solution with can-do approach, and leverage best practices
