Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Source to Pay
Are you the one we are looking for
You re responsible to Support Strategic Sourcing activities for Indirect Spend Categories, Invoice resolution, Vendor Master Management and PR-PO process automations for Genpact Client across all Geographical Regions
Responsibilities
Responsible for deliveries of Client account as per MSA/SOW
Drive various management project projects across the accounts
Mentor people and increase Employee Engagement
Responsible for the completion of all pre-contract sourcing solution activities
Drive contractual and realized savings for the client according to the client engagement commercials
Ensure success against all contractual commitments at a category level (strategic and tactical).
Responsible to understand and achieve category deliverables, savings commitments, milestones and obligations, and establish a project plan to meet each.
Develop client category strategy, baseline, and market intelligence documents, category management approach per the 5 step sourcing process.
Develop combined category sourcing strategy (tactical and strategic) to deliver savings
Must have in-depth knowledge of a global strategy within a large corporation and be able to drive and identify additional opportunities with client resulting in additional scope.
Smooth execution of the PR to PO process for Indirect Categories
Managing the Invoice resolution process for the root cause identification and process improvements
Vendor Master process Management
PR PO process automations (RPA s etc)
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
Preferable Experience in implementation of Robotics Automation on at least one platform AA / BP / UI Path
Domain experience, preferably in S2P, P2P-AP domain
Solution design, consulting experience or IT domain consulting experience; process consulting experience preferred over business / strategy consulting
Proven track record of driving transformation in client operations with deep domain expertise
At least one full lifecycle implementation experience of Robotics Process Automation preferable
Must have sound knowledge of English Any knowledge of a foreign language is a bonus
Experience required in driving Lean Six Sigma projects and process improvements
Preferable to have practical knowledge of any Oracle or SAP module
Good Written and Communication Skills.
Preferred qualifications
Good understanding of Spend Analysis, Contracts Drafting
Participated in transitioning the work from Client/Incumbent.
Participated in Solution Identification
Hands on experience of of SAP / Oracle / Sourcing Tools and applications
PMP/CPSM certification would be added advantage
