Job Description
We are urgently hiring for an Accounts and Admission Executive at our Birla Open Minds International School at Rajound, HaryanaJob Description:-
- Fee collection.
- Follow up on pending fees.
- Issues receipts for a fee.
- Depositing all cash and cheques in the bank.
- Providing daily collection updates to Principal and Ops.
- Maintaining purchase expense data.
- Coordinating with vendors for payments.
- Attending the admissions enquiries for the school, following up with them weekly.
- Attending walk-ins, convincing and counselling the parents about various queries related to admissions
- Coordinating with the Marketing Team for promotional activities of the school.
- Updating and maintaining the registrations and admission records.
- To ensure post-admission processes are completed and documented.
- Coordinating with the different departments for hassle-free admission processes.
- Generating daily reports regarding the enquiry to admission conversion ratio.
- Handling website and social media handles
- MIS and GR register
- Handling parents queries, responding to the parent's concerns
- Front desk related work
Candidate profile:-
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the accounting field.
- Basic communication skills.
- Excel
- Tally
- preparing MIS
