In this role, we are looking for a motivated Program and GTM Manager to manage the Go-to-Market Planning and Execution of our Connected Commerce strategy. The PM will have a passion for driving execution through engagement with multiple stakeholders and have the curiosity to understand digital commerce trends. The PM will work with the Digital Commerce offering team in planning and executing programs to accelerate growth. The candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end project lifecycle from enabling ideation for growth opportunities, orchestrating inputs from internal and external sources, creating a go-to-market plan encompassing internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution of the plan through governance and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Establishing program management discipline from scratch for the digital commerce offering
- Creating program charter and workstream charter templates and ensuring they are completed to a high-quality standard
- Driving clarity on roles and responsibilities across the program
- Agreeing KPIs, milestones, and reporting protocols with stakeholders
- Tracking and publishing KPIs and milestones and preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information
- Conducting external research on client activities in the e-commerce area
- Preparing client outreach material
- Managing and reporting client development efforts
- Managing logistics of meetings, setting agenda in advance, capturing actions, and following up on actions
- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
- Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues
- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
- Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution
- Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget
- Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor s degree
- Consulting experience with strong knowledge and working experience with change management, organizational design, organization culture, and business transformation, preferably in the health systems space
- Consulting experience in the healthcare business, preferably in the health systems space
- Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Advanced skills in change management methods, tools, and techniques.
- Consulting experience driving change management within physician practices/hospital operations
- Ability to engage clinicians/ hospital staff and administration in sustainable cultural and organizational changes by building trust and soliciting active participation in initiatives
- Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items
- Experience with business transformation and change management
- Excellent consultative and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work through organizational complexity, with demonstrated delivery of multiple complex change management projects and ability to coordinate across functional areas
- Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Analytic skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with the Agile delivery methodology and project management practices
- Experience designing and delivering training materials, learning initiatives, needs assessments, learning curriculum, and succession planning strategies
