Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Procurement Operations
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating content in Fusion for category cards, catalogs, preferred vendors, Smart forms, to ensure accurate content that is easily accessible to all our business partners.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with multiple teams as a leader of quantitative analysis and where you develop solutions that utilize the highest standards of analytical rigor and data integrity.
Analyze and solve business problems at their root. Perform analysis on weekly and monthly spend data, process inflow, requisition and purchase order related queries to identify root causes and work towards reducing the defect rate.
Build and manage key stakeholder relationships and adapt existing data and digital solutions/technologies e.g. RCA/ RPA Methodology development. Follow established methods on projects & drive operational controls for all projects and teams.
Running compliance checks on all free text PR (Purchase Requisition) incoming via Fusion; create POs post successful compliance checks
Route PRs via approved Buying Channels (catalogs or Smart-forms) and preferred vendors
Handling inquiries from internal customers as well as from external vendors and delivering professional, helpful, high quality service and assistance before, during, and after the customers requirements are met
Managing vendor relationships and building effective supply chain partnerships.
Perform QC/Auditing on the different Buying channels (BPA/CPA).
Supervising generic email box for incoming queries as well as resolving them as per the agreed SLAs.
Keep track of all requests received, either through ticket or manual tracker, for efficiency and follow-up purposes.
Follow-up with requesters/co-functional teams to provide quick resolutions.
Following-up up with suppliers/vendors whenever required.
Provide periodic updates to users/impacted parties on the status of the ticket/issue raised;
Transfer/raise/coordinate inquiries to appropriate teams for resolution
Find opportunities to improve or to streamline the process
Proactively take action and identify Continuous Improvement opportunities.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills (English)
Bachelors/Masters (MBA) with post-qualification experience in Procurement Operations and/or Catalogue managing activities
Experience in Catalogue activities/P2P in large multi-national organizations is a must.
Strong Stakeholder Relationship Management focus (both Internal / External). Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including a strong working knowledge of Excel
Problem solving ability and passion for big data
Excellent communication and data presentation skills
Preferred qualifications
Working experience on Oracle Fusion or Ariba
Exposure to Catalogue Admin activities & P2P cycle
