- Lead Technical Innovation and Product Design for New Product Development as well as Improve Existing Product Lines
- The role would require team management expertise in addition to design development experience in case of Product Innovation

- Our client is a multi billion global MNC with its presence across the globe and a dedicated Innovation centre in the India region focusing on multi-geography projects
Job Description :
- Lead Technical Innovation and Product Design for New Product Development as well as Improve Existing Product Lines
- Guide Engineering Design team from an Industrial Design Perspective
- Work closely with Cross Functional Teams across geographies through stage gate life-cycle of product development all the way to Production
- Deliver New Product Development Projects as per target costings and time lines
- The role would require team management expertise in addition to design development experience in case of Product Innovation
Profile:
- Engineering Graduate with a good track record in Product Engineering with at-least 10 years of experience of leading New Product Development experience
- Works effectively with Global Counterparts in Engineering and Adjacent Functions
- Is up to date on new technologies and is able to utilise the same in innovation projects
- Ability to lead, mentor and counsel design engineers and groom them to next level
- Ability to create a pipeline of innovation projects
- Good understanding of Quality Systems
- Ability to work on Global projects across time zones
