Job Description
We are hiring HR Coordinator Cum Generalist for our Esteemed client an US based company who can join us immediately.
Position: - HR Coordinator Cum Generalist (Female)
CTC - Upto 6 Lacs
Notice Period - 7 - 15 days
Location - WFH with occasional travel or company visits.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 4+ Years of minimum relevant
- Superior Communication and Interaction skills (English)
- Candidate should be
- Open to Work and interact with Virtual and International
- Willingness to Learn Inquisitive and Eager to learn and
- Solution Focused - Proactive with continuous improvement
- Accountable - Ability to demonstrate ownership, both individual and shared, to achieve
- Self-Starter - Strong bias for action and sense of

- Must be diversity Oriented to work effectively with people regardless of their age, gender, race, ethnicity, religion, or job type
- Competitive drive & strong work ethic, whatever it takes
- Bachelors Degree in human resources, business administration, finance, IT, or related field
Job description:
- Sourcing candidates from various job boards
- Screening Interview scheduling.
- Coordinating with various vendors/ consultants
- Engaging with candidates/ offer management / onboarding
- Centralized Employee Data Management
- Handling compliance
- Employee Grievance Handling
- Framing/ Implementing employee Performance evaluations and enhancement programs
- Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
- Must be flexible to work on the office timings and off-hours to accommodate the multi-national teams
Business Skills:
- Should be able to Handle End to End HR Operations
- Capable of handling Onboarding/ Exits & documentation
- Understanding of Indian HR regulations and compliance
