Are you the one we are looking for
Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer AP HelpdeskResponsibilities
- Provide feedback to Client business units and/or supplier on issues
- Provide a single point of contact for order issues which are raised by Client or the supplier
- Assist in identifying the specific type of issue and contact the relevant parties at Client Organization and/or the supplier who can provide mentorship on issue resolution
- Document the order issue and the resolution reached
- Participate in and provide data for supplier audits
- Set up new users
- Manage access
- Resolve login issues
- Answer how-to questions
Minimum qualifications and skills
- Bachelor in commerce
- Experience in Procurement Function
- Basic analytical and problem solving Skills
- Stakeholder Management
- Experience in Procurement function
- Coupa / Ariba Preferred
