Manager - Claims
Your role will require you to utilize insurance and reinsurance expertise to balance regular focused activities, client interactions, and improvements in execution.
Responsibilities
Balancing day to day team related activities
Client interactions via training, conference calls, emails and messenger service
Give towards the growth of the Business
Handle MIS activities and deal with the process
Work towards driving operational improvements and initiatives
Help in establishing the team
Qualification we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Graduate (with any field)
Must have prior team leading experience within Insurance domain.
Preferred Skill Set:
Insurance/reinsurance proven experience
Should have procurement experience especially in the Energy, Power, Aviation or Automobile industry
Lean/Six Sigma awareness.
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel/PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills and influencing ability
