*Recruit, train & develop advisors *Responsible for assigning & finalizing targets, monitor & review periodically

*Implementation of Strategies designed by the Branch Managers

*Increase market reach and penetration

*Generate leads

*Consistent sales output utilizing your management & monitoring capabilities, Team handling experience will be an added advantage.
