Job Description

JOB DETAILS 1. Quantity Estimate materials for Cost Estimating purposes. This includes quantity plan reading, on-screen takeoffs, inputs into estimating software, performing estimates, training, scheduling, establishing goals and standards 2. Prepare work to be accomplished by gathering information and requirements 3. Prepare Quantity Estimates from Architectural Drawings 4. Proficient Plan reading skills a must 5. Performs a key role in project planning, budgeting and identification of resources 6. Develop good relationship with international clients 7. Allocate appropriate tasks to your team members and manage it 8. Take responsibility and ownership of your team's projects 9. Willingness to learn new ideas and implement 10. Communicate ideas clearly and effectively 11. Desire to work in team oriented collaborate environment.
