Desired Candidate Profile

Knowledge: Service Industry, Team Handling Skills, Communication skills - English and Regional Language fluency is Must, Interpersonal Skills, Well groomed with excellent manners Mandatory Skills: Handling Delivery boys,route planning,vehicle allocation,transportation, Handling a team of delivery executives.

1. Handling a Deliver Hub consisting of 80-100 delivery executives.
2. Responsible for the operations metrics of the Hub.
3. Responsible for facility management
4. Customer issue resolution RCA for metrics breach
5. Coordination with van vendors
6.Responsible for the operations metrics of the shift
7. Roster management according to the changing demand

Preferred from: Big Basket, Grofers, ECommerce,logistics, DMART, GROCERY, delivery, Rivigo, DTDC, DHL,last mile operations.

Qualification: Minimum- Degree, MBA Preferred.

Experience: 3 to 5 yrs in last mile operations
