Job Description

Experience/Skills required:

• Answer Calls and respond to email requests from UK hospital staffs and specialist secretaries
• Document all call information according SOP
• Update customer records, as and when necessary
• Manage customer queries and complaints as necessary
• Liaise with UK teams as required
• Achieve productivity and accuracy targets as detailed in your objectives
• Contribute towards process improvement initiatives within the organization
• Fulfil individual role in ISO compliance followed in the process/organization

• Good logical, analytical and problem solving abilities& has to resolve the queries through mail
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good interpersonal skills and strong client focus
• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively
• Ability to handle process escalations, identify issues and risks and propose resolution
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Ability to work harmoniously as part of a team
