Job Description
- Researching, (analysing and interpreting changing tax legislation in both inside UAE and in GCC, CIS & Africa region (tax or vat exposure)
- Prepare and manage all documents in line with VAT regulations and other related activities
- Handle VAT reporting (payables and receivables). Ensure collections and payments are done in line with UAE regulations
- Coordinate projects involving internal and external Tax / Vat audits to ensure that they have appropriate access to information and people within the organization
- Ensuring compliance of VAT data collection, review, consolidation, preparation and payment of quarterly VAT liability.
- Preparing and submitting to the management monthly reports on the VAT activities of the Group.
- Managing VAT implementation strategies, executing VAT compliance, planning and internal procedures.
- Prepare reports for Sales Closing and review the numbers before sharing with Sales and Marketing Team
- Prepare for month-end closing meeting with Sales and Marketing Team members and finalise the Sales numbers for the month, quarter closing and Year-end.
