Job Description

We are hiring for freshers & Experienced candidates for International Voice process (UK).
Must have Excellent communication skills (English)

Transport boundary
Western line- Churchgate to Virar
Central line- CST to Thane
Harbour line- CST to Vashi

Job Location - Mindspace, Malad west, Mumbai.

Criterias:-
HSC Fresher / Bpo Experience can apply
Graduate Freshers / Bpo Experience can apply
Age limit- Max upto 35years

Immediate Joiners Only

Job responsibilities-
Voice process (30-35 calls per day).
Good communication skills.
Performance and Sales Incentives.
Objection handling skills.
2 days rotational work off in a week.
24*7 shift.
Typing skills: 15 wpm with 85 % accuracy.

Mandatory Documents Required-
1. Educational documents ( all originals).
2. Experience documents (Offer letter, Relieving letter, last 3 months payslip/bank statement).
3. Aadhar card, Pancard , Passport/ Driving license/ Voter Id.
4. Covid vaccination certificate ( at least 1st dose should be done).
