We are currently seeking a Networking Senior Specialist to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
5-7 years of demonstrated experience in Network troubleshooting including service and support on networking products such as Cisco Routers, Switches, Wireless LAN Controller, ACS, ISE, SolarWinds. The individual we seek MUST HAVE a strong understanding & implementation experience of Cisco Routing / Switching and Wireless. Good to have knowledge on IP Telephony. MPLS & Internet Service Provider engagement (Comcast/Verizon/Windstream) - key interface between NTT, customer and carriers The candidate should have experience in a large scale, complex, enterprise network environment, possess excellent written and verbal inter-personal communication and network troubleshooting skills. The individual must be able to work well in a team oriented environment, be self-motivated, manage issues, overcome obstacles and drive work efforts to successful completion, achieving the intended result without any adverse impact to the production environment. Must be a team player and should be open to learn new technologies and should be open to feedbacks. Identify and contribute to projects to improve product support, customer satisfaction and team efficiency. Participate in after-hours remote support rosters, including working on weekend as and when required.
