Job Description:
Handling end-to-end recruitment.
Sourcing and screening profiles as per requirement
Screening the Candidate based upon the Educational qualification,
Technical skills, Communication skill and experience
Sourcing the Candidates through Job Portal like Monster, Times and through Reference
Recruiting and managing the team to sell our Import Products in US like food products, Apparels, electronic, Automobile components
Recruiting and managing the team to Sell IT services for US market
Recruiting and managing the team to sell Domestic IT services in Indian Market
Recruiting and managing the team to sell software training Services in Indian market
Recruiting and managing the team to call customers in US to sell our Imported Products in US Market, Night shift process for calling team.
Recruiting and managing Hr team to Hire candidates in US especially in New York, New Jersey and other cities in US on Hudson US payroll
Recruiting and managing the team for sourcing team in Mumbai, which will connect to all the manufactures in Mumbai and procure the products from each manufacture and follow them till it gets exported to US
Recruiting and managing a team to control Hudson Ware houses and control the stocks and whole supply chain
Recruiting and managing the HR and Operation team in India to manage other Indian state team from Mumbai HQ
Scheduling and Tracking the Shortlisted Candidates until they join.
Efficient vendor management skills
Candidate must possess good listening skills, Confidence,
Note: Only some of the above responsibilities will be given to each HR.
Timing will be flexible- no 9 to 6 pm.
Candidate must have their own infrastructure like Laptop and internet
Multitasking ability, Time management skill, Quick learner and Team working ability
As Hudson owns Indian and US entity, Hudson is the exporter in India and Importer in US and selling to the local market in US
Note: First 2 to 3 months you will be placed on probation period and salary will be paid on revenue generated by you. Salary will be credited to you on the same day of revenue generation. Revenue can be direct or indirect by the team that you and your team hired to execute the work on all of the departments which is mentioned above.
