We are currently seeking a Sr Java Developer to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
7+ Years of relevant experience:
In-depth knowledge and experience of designing and building application using Java and Spring framework

• Hand-on experience in Scala and Scala Play Framework.
• Hands-on experience in Angular JS 1.5, Angular 2 and above , Typescript, Javascript HTML5, CSS, other JS Frameworks, REST API Integration, Build & Packaging Process, Deployment Build and Release Management, Deployment and Post Production Support.

• Strong proven experience in Core Java, Java 8 (concurrency)
• Strong understanding of Spring 5 with Spring Boot and Spring MVC.
• Strong experience in developing the persistence layer using JPA/ORM.
• Experience of build tools like Maven or Gradle.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipeline implementations using Jenkins/GitLab
• Knowledge of the coding guidelines and code analysis tools like Sonarqube.
• Good understanding and hands on experience on streams in Java.
• Good understanding of Spring Java config and profiles.
• Experience in migrating Java 7/8 applications to Java 11 would be a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle database
• Understanding of PL/SQL
• Proven experience of developing / integrating with REST-based services
• Understanding of Messaging services like IBM MQ, Rabbit MQ
• Experience in writing Unit tests using Junit/Mockito
• Experience in writing Automation tests using Cucumber/Serenity
• Proven experience of delivering applications using Agile Scrum methodology and delivery tools
• Knowledge in Banking and Payment domain would be a plus.
• Experience in working with Agile Scrum development teams, Agile Scrum principles and Agile delivery management tooling such as Atlassian JIRA

Role Description:
Proactive lead in development of Java applications as part of an Agile Scrum development team

• Collaboration with the team members in a distributed structure
• Elaboration of application requirements and dependencies
• Development of software that conforms to design models based on industry best-practices
• Development and execution of unit test scripts
• Developing Innovative and reusable components
• Understanding and documenting the new technology requirements, doing Spikes/POCs
• Participate in delivery and deployment of the Releases.
• Participating in creating/updating the release documents.
• Mentoring of junior team members
• Estimation of User Stories in a backlog
• Tracking/Updating progress of code development using Atlassian JIRA
• Adherence to committed delivery timelines.
