Inviting applications for the role of QA/Testing Solution Architect
When building software, we will be going through many stages from initial requirements to go live, it s important to ensure that everything works according to specification. Were looking for a quality assurance engineer to help us maintain our high level of quality. QA tester will seek bugs, identify issues, report them, and see that they re dealt with.
In this role, you would be responsible for
Take part, drive value and deliver solution development and response activities for RFPs, RFI, and proactive proposals and point of view discussions for prospective clients
Design and demonstrate solutions, front-end with BD/Sales, be a thought leader and a virtual partner, in equal measure
Develop Solution Assets such as Genpact capabilities articulation, understanding client situation and challenges, articulating our solution win themes and value proposition, target Operating model design, potential Genpact value adds, and commercial constructs
Work with internal QA/Testing SMEs for various types of testing (test automation, performance testing and security testing) to construct compelling and cost-effective solutions to customer problem statements
Lead solution discussions and workouts with Genpact functional teams Digital, Operations, Practice and Service Lines, Analytics, IT, Pricing, HR, Training through the deal lifecycle to develop robust solutions
Lead solution aspects related to client visits, workshops and orals presentations
Augment knowledge that articulates Genpact capabilities, offerings and solutions. Also, work with the Marketing team and respond to analyst surveys
- Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications
Deep knowledge and experience on QA/Testing concepts having delivered several large projects, driving value in digital transformation
- Solid QA/Testing subject matter expertise, advocator of testing process/methodologies towards adding value in IT/Product life cycle
- Proven hands-on experience in QA/Testing services delivery, Estimation, Test Automation, Performance and Security Testing, TCOE operations, Pre-sales solutioning and Sales support activities
- Experience leading sales proposals/cycles (RFIs, RFPs, orals, due diligence and contracting)
- Experience in consulting/re-engineering in QA/Testing landscape
- Consultative capabilities: Demonstrated ability to convey value proposition, differentiators in a compelling manner to win new relationships/opportunities
- Project management, Test Management in Agile/SCRUM experience and attention to detail are must to have
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strategic thinker: Proven ability to think out-of-the-box
- Technology specialization mixed with QA/Testing in any one or more from: Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML would be an added advantage
- Should be flexible to work as an individual contributor and leading teams as business demands
- Business domain expertise at least in one business vertical (preferably BCM) is a must and across verticals is good to have
- Design Thinking/ Lean Six Sigma skills are good to have
