Are you the one we are looking for
We are inviting applications for the role of SA, VIC Dispute Specialist
The purpose of this role is to provide visibility to the individual incentive compensation (IC) related disputes / queries to the sales team management team of the Healthcare business. Secondly, provide dispute management services to the employee, including receipt of the employee query, handling of the resolution by the Customer, provide regular updates and resolution communication with the employee
Responsibilities
Capture and maintain the employees concern using ticketing too
Review basic order makeup to identify dispute reason and rectification required
Daily management of the dispute ticket for timely resolution, providing
Act as a regional contact for the RP/MVP to escalate concerns/questions
Identify themes/trends in disputes Track and maintain the sales teams queries related IC as logs of each IC teams
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Good experience in AP/AR related fields and ERP search
Expert level in excel
Proven communications skills, both verbal and written (English)
Proven organizational, project, and planning skills
Dispute management management
Ability to interface effectively with all team levels
US time zone coverage partially
Preferred qualifications
Relevant xperience in SFDC admin or reporting
Experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals would be a plus
Experience in working with diverse global teams and multiple vendors
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
