Inviting applications for the role Process Developer- Payroll Executive
Responsible for all payroll day-to day operations including co-ordination with the key teams involved in ensuring an accurate and timely payroll close.
Responsibilities
Responsible for operating end-to-end payroll operations including co-ordination with the key teams involved in ensuring an accurate and timely payroll close.
Should have good knowledge of the payroll related statutory deductions and payments.
Maintain communication and strong relationships with the key stakeholders Hiring, C&B (Compensation & Benefits), HR (Human Resources), and accounting teams.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications:
B. Com
Preferred qualifications
Should have experience of India payroll experience.
Ability to work independently under pressure in an effective manner.
Should be good in Microsoft Office. Especially in Excel & Word.
Preferred Oracle ERPs (Enterprise Resource Planning) like Financial and Payroll systems.
Should be excellent in communication skills.
Should be capable of multitasking.
