Are you the one we are looking for
Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Head of Marketing
Responsibilities
Lead Marketing and Communications in the region
Localize global narratives/themes/GTM campaigns in regional markets
Identify regional trends
Team with regional and global PR Agency of Record
Act a point person for regional media relations
Team with internal communications for the region (pulling outside-in news)
Team with central team on regional CSR and DEI efforts
Serve as a regional team member for crisis communications
Work with talent marketing on employer brand sites and regional social media handles to share regional stories and initiatives in the market
Help with in-region events (team with events COE)
Identify conferences, speaking opportunities in-region (team with Executive Communications, Communications, social media COE)
Team with global Corporate Social Responsibility and Diversity, Equity Inclusion teams for in-region plans
Support client visits in partnership with Client Health
Partner with local leadership and strategy to help shape and prioritize the market plan in the region and lead with the appropriate marketing and communications strategies to deliver growth objectives.
Support high-priority activations in-region (larger vertical events and corporate-sponsored initiatives)
Develop new ideas and create deeper engagement with the Genpact client base and the community
Build and leverage thought leadership, including primary research, whitepapers, and client case studies in the region
Work closely with regional, vertical sales & practice leaders
Maintain and optimize strong relationships with industry organizations and agencies, as needed (NASSCOM)
Support Regional Talent/Employer Brand Activations
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Relevant experience in Marketing and Communications
Formidable leadership, outstanding written and oral communications skills, coordination, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
Capable of working across complex organizations and environments prone to regular change
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively between different disciplines and have a high level of executive presence
Understanding of regional culture
Preferred qualifications
Fast-paced, with the capability to self-manage multiple projects and deadlines
Creative storyteller team leader
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to use creative thinking to identify and solve problems
