Inviting applications for the role of Product Order Management Analyst
The role will oversee the Procurement Operative function and ensure efficient buying channel utilisation, efficient query resolution as well as people management and supervision.
Responsibilities
Order Fulfilment
o Work with product supply system to ensure orders are fulfilled within the appropriate supply chain process and system (SAP, CONA, etc.)
o Provide direction to production facilities in resolving product shortages and procedural issues to meet our On Time and In Full Goals
o Report on order shortages and the drivers of those order shortages to Customer Teams and work with Bottling partners to resolve.
o Provide direction to Accounts Receivable teams in resolving invoicing issues
Customer Service
o Provides a single point of contact for Customers. Responsible for receiving phone calls and emails from customers or internal stakeholders and resolving issues on time.
o Conduct Monthly calls with Customer/Bottler/Customer Team to discuss OTIF and other concerns
o Responsible for working with appropriate CCNA and Bottler stakeholders to resolve issues and provide resolution to customers
o Understand performance metrics and improve quality, speed, and capabilities to meet or exceed goals
o Run weekly open order reports to ensure all orders are being processed on time and in full
o Research Bottler Orders to make sure all products transitioned for invoicing

Degree/B.Tech in related field with post-graduate Supply Chain /Finance /Engineering
