Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant Project Manager

In this role A supportive leader who is passionate about serving customers, and enabling teams to achieve outstanding business performance. Partnering with the Fleet Lead, you will be accountable for enabling the Fleet to plan for and deliver business results and customer value measured through specific KPIs. To do this, you will assist the Fleet Lead to manage the backlog at the Fleet level, coordinate interdependencies between Squads, and drive high performance across the Fleet. You possess strong business or technical acumen, and are capable and curious to learn across both. You know how to plan, prioritize and align work to an overall purpose. You have a knack for empowering and bringing out the best in people. You will also drive collaboration and knowledge sharing at all levels of the organization to break down siloes and achieve the best results for the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Have a strong results focus to enable a large team to deliver target business outcomes, while continuously improving its performance
  • Understanding of Broadridge/BPS Advantage
  • Knowledge of Global Regulatory environment

  • Synthesize multiple sources of information and leverage stakeholder relationships effectively to align multiple streams of work

  • Proven analytical skills and experience making decisions based on hard and soft data
    A solid understanding of mechanisms to track and communicate performance and value realization on investment
  • Ability to identify, monitor and manage project risks, issues and dependencies, and agree appropriate risk responses
  • Commitment to the organizations new way of working through greater collaboration and breaking down of siloes

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline/Master degree in Computer Science

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in executing business change including key stakeholder management along the journey
  • Experience scoping, developing and prioRritizing plans for strategic pieces of work
    Strong influencing skills to achieve alignment up and down the organization
  • knowledge of BPSA data structures , schema, tables and data fields
  • Experience using and extracting data from BPSA tables
  • Experienced with documentation/creation of BRDs and FSDs
  • Extensive Investment Banking experience
  • Experience within an Equities environment (preferred)
  • An understanding of Front Office equity IT, trade life cycle, a clear understanding Middle Office and Settlements (ie Front To Back knowledge)
