Please find below Job roles and responsibilites :-

Conselling Students and Parents about courses and training plans.
Interacting with the walkins as well telephonic query of the prospective clients .
Doing outbound calls to to potential leads and fixing appointment with applicants.
Managing enquires and making effective follow ups with prospective applicants via phone or e-mail.
Giving feedback about the enquires to the immidate supervisors .
Updating daily, weekly & monthly enquires , sales report.
Generating new sales through old enquiries & references.
Mantaining good relationship with enrolled applicants and parents.
Handling applicant grievances .
Digital Marketing Planning.
Seminars / Webinars
